  1. Hello!
I really want to get involved with this group. I LOVE all things “environmentally friendly.”
Are there opportunities for leadership – type positions?

    Thank you!
    Kaelynn

    • Hi Kaelynn! Thank you for your message. There are a number of ways & opportunities to get involved with the CEC. I have included a number of opportunities that you may be interested in. Also, would you like to be added to the listserv in order to receive our weekly newsletter?

Come join us for a tour of sustainable spots on campus, and learn what UT has been doing to implement sustainability initiatives around campus! Also, you’ll get to meet everyone from the CEC. This will be during our meeting which will be held in PAR 206 on Wednesday, Sept. 11, 6pm-7:30pm.

In terms of leadership positions, I know that the Microfarm is currently looking for a number of leaders: Fundraising & Events Planner, Blog Editor, Media Designer. They need volunteers to help pass out recycling bags and educate fans in the tailgate lots and around the stadium. For more info on that, you can email Lauren: tailgate@utenvironment.org
